I meticulously gather all the necessary information to provide you with an accurate estimate of costs and a timeline for your project.

Once you’re ready to proceed, we’ll schedule a home visit at your convenience. During our 30–60 minute meeting, I will introduce myself, take precise measurements, and discuss options that will elevate your home’s existing features.

After our discussion, I will present a detailed and accurate quotation for your review.

If my quotation aligns with your expectations, we’ll confidently book a fitting date.

I typically request a 30% deposit four weeks prior to the installation date. Upon receiving the deposit, I will order all required materials without delay.

For larger projects, an additional deposit may be necessary to cover material costs.

I personally oversee every fitting to ensure the highest quality standards are. The duration of the project will vary based on its complexity: smaller jobs like a single wardrobe can be completed in a day, while more elaborate builds may take a week or longer. I will confirm the timeline during the quotation stage.

The final payment is due upon completion of the work, just before I leave your property, ensuring everything meets your satisfaction.
